Change from Compact to Access

I called DStv late June to change my package from Compact to Access and they told me I had to pay R 80 for the 5 days left in June, a change only app**** for July. So for the remaining days left in June I was still on compact. Also, at the time had to pay the amount required for Access package in July then something weird happened. All channels available on compact where available to me for 5 days and I was only suppose to view the ones available on Access. They just to cut me off and tell me no change was made I owe them a fee for compact. Now I have to pay for something that has nothing to do with me. They can listen to the recordings, the truth is there. I am not going to pay that amount. Whoever I spoke to on the day will cover the costs
