Change email and add showmax
I've been on a call for 31 minutes. The agent only spoke to me for the 1st 5 minutes then placed me on hold until I ran out of airtime. She didn't even bother to update or tell me if they busy with my quiry or not. I only asked her to help me out with changing my email and add showmax to my account then she went AWOL on me.
