Chanel + still have a lot of work to do to stop subscribers leaving

Chanel + still have a lot of work to do on DSTV. No wonder subscribers are voting with their feet and leaving DSTV. I have had a fixed price contract since September 2023 BUT the amount they charge changes almost monthly and/or they overcharge. I have been trying since the early May to get this resolved. I have tried both e-mails (delay as high volume of e-mails) and recently I have had 2 telephone calls with agents - on both 26 May and on 8 June the agent promised to get back to me that day. I am still waiting. This has happened before and I have come to the conclusion that they just do not care!
