CEO office - you are the weakest link - goodbye!

Sent my first email to CEO office on 22nd July about the ******* content on DSTV for the last 3 months with repeat repeat series 10x over or movies from 1970...no change in box office movies etc. beyond ridiculous - no response despite sending 3 emails thereafter reply email from Sam saying sorry we value you as customer blah blah still waiting on response from various dept - people in meetings etc - seriously for a CEO office response team - pathetic - time to say goodbye no wonder you retrenching instead of listening to clientele like me
