Cell PHONE NO CAPTURED INCORRECTLY

I have been trying to link my dstv account to showmax problem is my cell no is captured incorrectly by them the OTP no keeps on going to the wrong cell phone no .I have been trying to fix it no luck for 3 day now, I have been sent from pillar to post . It is an employee related account therefor no one can assist me in changing it . I called the contact centre on Tuesday I was told I must go to the branch stores , I did ,they also told me they cant assist me . I called customer service this morning again was given this no *** when I call it they also cant help me they referring me back to the call centre . No one, from DSTV can assist -A big organisation such as them failing to change an cell phone which was captured incorrectly by them in the first place . I am livid by the poor service have received . I DIDNT KNOW LINKING DSTV TO SHOWMAX CAN BE SUCH AN EXTREEME SPORT
