Catchups not pulling through

I bought my Explora a couple of months ago and all has been fine until recently a lot things that normally pull through to catch up is not doing it and sometimes a week later it appears, Chicago fire again never pulled through last night, 7 de laan, I have spoken to the call center in regard and was asked to check the signal strength which I did and all 3 are fine and yet their is still a problem<br> <br> Kindly advise further please
