Catchups not pulling through

Good day<br> <br> I have complained about this before and it still has not been addressed. When a show finished running on Mnet premium time it should move to catch afterwards. EG: Chicago fire, Chicago PD, CSI Cyber, CSI Las Vegas, the list is endless. One finds them 3-4 days later somewhere in the catch up. I dont like to record these shows as i have to put up with the ads. 7de Laan never pulls through and when it does there are episodes missing. I have checked numerous times the signal status on numerous occasions with your call centre and it's fine. I bought this xplora as you guys raved about it how great it is but yet one struggles to get the catch ups through. Please address this and do not move it to file 13. It cost a lot of money to have DSTV at least you can ensure your decoders are working properly.<br>
