Catchup not updating movies

I have been using explorer and lately I noticed that movies are not updated like before why is that? The river on 161 is not on catchup, I have to record it to see it. Next it will be other programs. I even reboot the system. And remember to reboot also takes like a week for everything to load back on catchup.

Can you please explain why our decoders are not loading the above?

We find like two movies in catchup under action those movies will be there for the longest time. Please make us happy before we become unhappy and cancel.
