CATCH -UP ON WHAT???
What is the use of the catch-up channel when one has to record programmes offered because it takes days before loaded onto catch-up!!! When queried the call centre advised me that there was NO adverti*****t saying programmes are available a few hours after been aired. After a 7 minute argument I was informed that catch-up is experiencing technical difficulties therefore the programmes in question had not been uploaded.<br> <br> What does it mean to be a 'premier' subscriber???

We are sorry about the experience you're having with the DStv Catch Up service. We're experiencing some integration issues with a new automated workflow system recently installed. We're aware of the issues and our technical teams are working to get this service fully back on track.
In the mean time if there is a specific show you do not want to miss, I recommend you record it until the DStv Catch Up system is fully restored.
