catch up not working

hopefully this is my last time i am writing about dstv coz wow i am tired of this company. my catch is not working since from Thursday, i have been calling call centre without any help. can they cancel my contract rather than me busy escalating them its really tiring. i cannot be paying for so much only to get a bad service. i wish there was another company besides multi choice coz hai u know nothing about service. my catch up is not working i am getting Error not available in this country i have been rebooting without success
