Catch up not updating

I upgraded to Premium in Oct 2020 and since then I haven't been getting full content on CATCHUP. I have been calling and spoke to the customer service agents and I was provided with the Incident number after they escalated it INC_590699 and the DSD Dept was gonna call after 48 hours I have been waiting for their call for weeks.
