CATCH UP FEATURE
I'm on the premium bouquet. I thought the catch up feature is part of the deal as this bouquet is soldsold through such a feature as well. Surprisingly this hasn't updated for two weeks now. To rub salt into the wound sports section is completely removed! What's the use for the explora if it has no features to play? This looks like a designed inconvenience by multichoice or else this explora technology is infested with undisclosed problems /glitches. I had no reason to buy an explora and pay for premium bouquet. I though the catch up is designed to allow a person to run his errands and be able to access favourite TV programmes. I'm frustrated by this abuse of high standard. I don't think multichoice has regard for for clients.
