Catch up eHostela not downloading

On Sunday 17/03/19, we had load shedding in our area, from 19h30 to 21h30.

My DSTV catch up, eHostela has not downloaded the latest episode, for the 17/03/19. On the 19/03/19 I called DSTV ********** number for assistance at about 21h30 , Phumzile told me to reset my decoder, which I did and I ran out of airtime as I was on the line with her for about 20 minutes. I called today 20/03/19, at about 13:15, spoke to an unfriendly lady, who was impatient claiming she could not hear me.
