Catch up

I linked my other decoder to the main one, they both catch up. The one I just linked doesn't have episodes on catch up and the old one doesn't have all channels, like moja love, etv, On sabc 1 uzalo is not there. I don't understand because the reason I bought it is to catch up on the episodes I missed

And I pay the cat h up services, why do I have to call if I pay but when you miss a payment the disconnect you.
