Careless handling of information by Multichoice

My self & my husband visited Multichoice Randburg mid-August (around the 15th) to join our dstv accounts so that mine falls on extra view, since we moved in together. An agent helped us explained that this service can only be activated at the end of my cycle told us to leave our documentation as he had put a note in the system to deactivate my explora as a main decoder. End of August I paid the subscription after realising that the account had not been acted on. This month I have to pay again. Please fix this. I need to know that when i make an effort to come to your offices you give me reliable service that I deserve as a customer.<br> <br>
