Card debited without services connected

Deducted money from account via card debit. I had cancelled the services. I requested a refund but they want a proof of payment. I sent them a bank statement, which they rejected, they only a require a proof of payment except a bank statement. Card debit doesn’t have a proof of payment except a bank statement. I was refused a refund of R1350, unauthorised debit from my card.
