Cant you just get it Right Please!!!

<p>Hi,</p> <p>I was previously on the monthly debit order option, my last payment went off on the 21Feb2017 of R633, I called on the 01 March 2017 and changed to the Annual Payment option, so that on the 21 Mar 2017 the full amount of R6 963 to be debited. I asked Mandy Hlongwane to email me Proof of this conversation, date change and amount to be paid. I have this in writing.</p> <p>18 March 2017, received an sms that an amount of R 1723 will be debited, phoned in on Saturday, the 18 Mar 2017 and they said there is an error on my account and confirmed that they have fixed.</p> <p>Today, the 22 March 2017, debit order goes off for R1 723, i called in and spoke to 2 call centre agents later and whom both said my account is correct, i will get charged the R 1723 and then the R6 963. Now seriously, add up the sums, I am being overcharged guys, how does a R633 monthly payment equate to R8 686 annual payment and this R633 includes everything, my insurance, my Walka, everything.???</p> <p>Spoke to the Supervisor (Brenda) and they are sorting out my account, still awaiting feedback from her.</p> <p>Can you please sort out my account or revert back to the Monthly payment plan and refund me the rest if you cannot get this simple process correct.</p> <p>Absolutely frustrating.</p>
