Can't you give your customers a tiny better service

I have an account with dstv. My parents have an account with dstv. For the longest time now. Since my father passed away in March we have been struggling to get assistance from the useless consultants. They are very quick to turn off the dstv even after so many years of consistent payment, but when you now need help......dololo nothing. No wonder dstv is on the verge of disaster, and truthfully I probably will be the next customer to dump them
