Can't watch CNN
I can no longer watch channel 401 CNN. I get error E16. This happens from time to time. I have given up trying to ask the call centre to fix it. Waste of time. And why can't you make Sky News available on Family? I do not have the data to stream it on Dstv Now. Best is to cancel service and save money.

CNN International was temporarily added to the DStv Family package. The channel is only available on DStv Compact, Compact Plus, and Premium.
You have an option to upgrade to DStv Compact and downgrade on your payment date.
