Cant upgrade to premium
I have used the dstv whatsapp many times to upgrade and downgrade during the day its a great tool. So tonight I wanted to upgrade to watch the ICC cricket world championship final cricket match highlights but the bot says Sorry something went wrong on our system. I tried the website but it can't link my decoder even though it was couriered to me a year ago. And the same story with the DSTV app. I will find out how to stream sport it will surely be cheaper than R829 which is what I'm prepared to pay NOW.

24 Jun 2021, 21:11I called the helpdesk on 23 June after failing to downgrade to family using whatsapp and the consultant advised me that I could stay on premium if i payed R342 which I did. My package was downgraded to family. Please advise regarding premium package costs and if whatsapp is functional and if I can use the premium package in future
