Can't stream on the DSTV Now website.

I have not been able to stream on the DSTV Now website for the past 2 weeks. I was streaming it for the past 3 years on my desktop and my laptop. Then suddenly it is giving me an error.

I even phoned to try to get the problem resolved and it has been 5 days since phoning and no change, the lady who was assisting me even told me that there are lot of people who have called in to complain.

I think I should just stop paying my subscription and pay other streaming services, since I'm being treated like I'm streaming *******ly.

This is the error I'm getting:

"Something went wrong, we're unable to play this video right now", "PER 190121", "Retry Now".
