Can't query absurb balance
Yesterday we used the DSTV app to upgrade to the Premium package from DSTV Compact. It states that we need to pay R1852.00 to reconnect???!!?? We've been trying to get through to the call centre since yesterday to query this amount will no success. Where does this ridiculous amount come from??? Is DSTV charging us double? We cannot cancel the upgrade on the app and we are NOT paying that ludicrous total they claim is due.
