Can't get refund back

After I cancelled my DSTV streaming account, I was still billed even though the service was cancelled. When I contact via WhatsApp and the chat application on the website, I get endless excuses why I can't get my money back. Bit by bit more and more information is being required but no matter what I provide, I do not get refunded. I have reference numbers ***6 and ***2. I get promised that I will get feedback in 24 hours, but never to. My recommendation is to never use DSTV or if you do, do not provide credit card details. Look and see if you can use a voucher instead. Generally, I would say the call center staff are *********** at best. Honestly though, I think that DSTV hopes that I will just give up and pocket my money.
