Can't get account details

For months I've been requesting Randburg, the call center etc to send me a copy of my accounts.all my details,email etc are correct but the accounts never come.after my last complaint a lady followed up twice but the accounts have never been received. Clearly taking responsibility to sort out clients problems are not part of the culture.Just like DSTV PROGRAMS WHICH SRE IN MANY CASES OLD AND SECOND RATE. THIS COMPANY NEEDS COMPETITION
