Cant even subscribe...

Bought a decoder Sunday, tried getting thing working through online assistant. Person tells me a wonderful deal at R 799.00 p/m subject to 12 month contract. So I opt to take that, but then they cant help me because my newly bought decoder from Game store is for commercial use and not private use. Have to wait 24 hours for this to be resolved with a promise someone will get back to me (that didn't happen). So I called Monday to be advised because its a contract, someone from the correct department will contact me still the same day. I wait until 4pm with no luck, called again. Now the lady is happy to deduct 10k from my account the next day for a yearly contract, but cant do month to month as again contract department is suppose to do that. She then tells me it will take up to 7 days for them to make contact. What use is this to me? If it is such a struggle just to get a debit order going I am not sure I would want to know what a hassle it will be to ever cancel. For a company struggling to keep customers they sure don't seem keen on new business?
