CANT CLAIM REWARDS
Hi i have a DSTV account for years, every year i claim my free anniversary upgrade. this year it no longer appears on the phone app one has to login to the computer to claim, i was not informed of this changes and have missed my free upgrade I have sent emails regarding this no response NOT HAPPY AT ALL
