Can't cancel DSTV Streaming Service!

Can anyone please assist in cancelling a DSTV streaming service? I've logged several requests with no success. I'm currently online with Onica Mahlaela. Read this & appreciate my intellectual frustration: Hello welcome to live chat, my name is Onica. How can I assist you? 😊 10:57 AM I want to cancel my streaming service. I can't find this option on the DSTV app or My DSTV. 10:59 AM Go to My Products on the website and select the package you would like to manage. Look for the Disconnect icon and schedule your disconnection 11:01 AM Where do I get "My Products"? Can you send me a screenshot? 11:02 AM On the website 11:03 AM I am on the website... It has been 7 minutes since my question & then Onica closed the "chat"!

After spending about an hour going through the FAQ's I FINALLY found the solution (which nobody at MultiChoise will help you with!):
FAQs
Scroll right until you find “My DSTv Viewing”
Scroll to the last option & click on “My Products”
Click on “Disconnect Add On’s & then NEXT
Select Disconnect DSTv Stream Premium YES
Select the date you want to cancel and SUBMIT
