Cant activate account due to arrears

paid on the 7th of march multichoice on the 19th disconected phoned got reconected on the 21st disconected again phone multichice cant connect cuz of out standing amount paid pvr premium R800 of the month of march going on self service amount was allocated to boxoffice account, have to decoders pvr only paid normal decoder must stay off but need to pay R433 + reconecting fee for activation but R800 was paid for the month of march witch is way to much if subscription is only R700
