Cannot watch
Channel 341 started freezing, and was resolved after a week. Then channel 343 gave problems, I contacted help desk and they said it must be installation and decoder. It was fine next day. Now channel 400 keeps giving error 16 and freezes. No credit for not being able to watch. Obviously not interested in customer service.
