Cannot speak to an operator
I cannot get through to speak to someone at dstv. The *** number just supplies electonic voice information with no option to speak to a real person. The voice quality on that line is atrocious, shocking. It is so frustrating not being able to speak to a real person. The website also has problems. The statements presented are pathetic and inaccurate. I tried to make a payment on the website last month and could not achieve it. I was promised a phone call from them today, let me see if that actually happens. Watch it dstv, I am very close to washing my hands of you.

17 Jun 2020, 12:57I managed to get through to someone using the number show on the right of this web page. That number worked to get through to somebody and she was efficient , friendly and helpful and she helped me. The other number (only dstv will be able to view it) was the bad number as described. I forget the name of the operator because I was so overwhelmed at actually speaking to a real living person :) The online help from chat gave the bad number to me as well. I suggest you fix that dstv. Trust was restored quite a bit after speaking to that real person.
