cannot make up their minds
I used dstv in jan/feb this year.I had paid for use until the 11 feb.I requested that it not be renewed.I was told that i could not cancel early, i had to go in on the 12 feb.I did that <br> reactivated the dstv again for mar/apr. since the 12 apr falls on a sunday, i called dstv on the 13th and cancelled it.No mention that i have cancelled it late or if i am responsible for any outstanding amounts. now i get a sms that i owe dstv money.<br> please pass a credit and clear my account as i do not owe anything.
