Cannot get a DSTV Explora

I have asked the Contact Centre to contact my husband on his number so that we can take up the R899 Explora offer but no one phones him. I have been trying for days now to get this done but cannot seem to succeed. <br> <br> My husband tried SMSing Price Lock to 37408 but no reply comes back and no one phones him. Therefore I sent the sms 4 times already and have been contacted accordingly. I then request the call centre to phone my husband and they are just not doing this. <br> <br> Can we get this resolved please!! URGENTLY!
