Cannot clear error code!???!!!

Hi. I’m disappointed at DSTV for not only being able to resolve my issue after several phone calls, but all the phone calls were abruptly cut off after holding and talking over 10 minutes.

Error Code PER190121 on my desktop DSTV stream. They cannot resolve it, tried WhatsApp, bot, online chat, and finally 2 agents with calls getting cut after 10 minutes with each agent.

Please provide us with an alternative number and suitable time we can get hold of you on.
