CANNOT CANCEL MY DSTV CONTRACT

I have been sent from pillar to post with DSTV as of late and it will not continue another day. <br> <br> I tried cancelling my DSTV contract to which I'm informed that i have a DPP contract. Nobody at any contact number for DSTV can assist me with cancelling this as I'm told there isn't process in place and only escalation is possible for a resolve. After much following up, I received a settlement quotation to which i phoned and emailed numerous departments for information as to what the banking details are to settle this quotation. After zero response i decided to ride to Randburg and pay it there. I was informed that my services would be cancelled thereafter and STILL THEY ARE ONGOING. <br> <br> I phoned today to query this and I'm met with exactly the same inadequate resolve as to how this cant be sorted out and it needs to be escalated. <br> <br> I'm at my wits end. Cancel my services immediately as this is absolutely unacceptable. <br> <br> The last person i dealt with was Patricia on contact ***. She is unreachable after 10 phone calls.<br> <br>
