Cannot cancel DSTV
For the last 3 months I have tried to cancel my DSTV subscription with no success. I have spoken to multiple people, done it on the app (as per the DIY prompts), I have the reference numbers and images to say that it has been successfully cancelled just for them to deduct the money yet again at the end of the month. I am at my wits end. How do I cancel my subscription?
