cancelling showmax is a nightmare

Hi Trying to cancel my showmax subscription hasn't been more difficult . I called in to get cancelled and apparently DSTV cannot cancel my subscription for showmax. I tried cancelling on both showmax website and dstv website. Without any luck .

please assist and get this cancelled for me asap
