cancelled subscription but bank acc still debit

To whom it may concern<br> <br> On the 9th of december 2015 i cancelled the service ( ***/I6)<br> <br> Now when i cancelled this service nobody informed me that the insurance needs to be cancelled as well,surely when you cancel a service all services affiliated to this need to be cancelled,why do i need to pay insurance on something i am not using?<br> <br> The result was on the 4th you tried taking R20.00 rand from my bank account and the result is i know have R115.00 bank charges because of your inability of your consultant to inform me that the insurance needs to be cancelled as <br> <br> well.<br> <br> Now because this is a stuff up from Multi choices side for not advising me that the insurance needs to be cancelled i demand the bank charges are refunded to me.<br> <br> I have now today cancelled the insurance myself ref ***2/I7,i spoke to a rude supervisor called Shaanaaz who kept calling me SIR does she not know the difference between the two.<br> <br> <br> I want to know when these bank charges will be refunded to me.<br> <br> I ma expecting at least the decency of a reply to this mail and not just a email acknowledging this
