Cancelled subscription and still open after 1 year

In early 2015, I cancelled my DSTV subscription with DSTV call centre and I used to pay my account annually as a once off payment and the April increase. <br> <br> I havent used DSTV services for close to 12 months but my account is still open and showing as owing on my credit record. I dont owe DSTV any money and I need this account to be closed and a letter to be sent confirming the cancellation.<br> <br> Today 27 January 2016, I spoke to one of the dstv agents for put me the to her supervisor by the name of Promise Sideko. Promise assured me that she will call me latest by 1pm today and to tell me if this account has been cancelled, mind to say Im still waiting on a Promise!<br> <br> Can someone call me and tell me when I can receive a cancellation letter for my old DSTV account!
