Cancelled Subscription

I cancelled my DSTV subscription in June 2015 and was told that I have the option that the next month's subscription fee can be credited to my account and it can be paid back into my bank account (so I was expecting the amount in my bank account last week. They also told me it takes 40 working days for the amount to reflect). After I checked my bank account and the money STILL does not reflect almost a week later I gave them a call today. Apparently, not only has my subscription NOT been cancelled, like I VERY SPECIFICALLY requested them to, but after logging on to their website, to check what is going on on my account, I find that there is R50 EXTRA charge for a RECONNECTION fee which I MOST CERTAINLY DID NOT REQUEST. VERY DISAPPOINTED, DSTV.
