Cancelled service. Still taking money

<p>We were on the promotion "price lock". </p> <p>The contract ended end of June. We called to have it cancelled. End of June they debited our account. </p> <p>On 23 July we called to stop this contract once again @ 17.58 ref # ********** 8-I93 agent Daneo ,even after paying for the full month of July, but to not have any more problems and they terminated the service immediatly.</p> <p>Well guess what, 2nd August and again they took our money.</p> <p>3 August, agent Jabu will escalate it again and request refund. 24 hour call back promised. No follow up happened as promised.</p> <p>5 August, 18.02 called again and asked feedback. The teamleader promised to escalate it, and accounts department will sort it out. I told her i'll give them time till Wednesday. Call took me 12 min 58 seconds of my airtime. </p> <p>10 August, 12:43 Bantam (teamleader) follow up and will call me back. I gave him my cell nr to make sure he has the correct details and not call my wife. AGAIN NO FEEDBACK OR CALL BACK.</p> <p>11 August. 8.37 called again. Luvuyo, ( teamleader) . Promised to call me back. Gave him my landline and cell nr. </p> <p>I want the full amount debited of our account refunded and also the amount for the airtime it cost to have them sorting their pathetic service out. </p> <p>I have to waste my time, money and get upset because they are to useless to do their job. This is the reason why i will not have dstv ever again. Please sort this out and refund me within 24 hours, or I'll have to take this futher. </p>
