Cancelled insurance or not

I contacted Multichoice on 29 October 2015, to follow up on my DCC insurance, as a call centre agent told me that I don't have insurance on my decoders. I phoned to find out what was going on, as I hadn't cancelled my insurance, to which I was told that due to my subscription being 3 months overdue, my decoder insurance was automatically cancelled. Now, I don't know what has been going on at Multichoice, but it seems the more I pay, the more useless they become! I have had problems with my account since June 2015. After months of blood, sweat, tears & hours of phone calls, my account seems to be sorted out, only to find out my decoder insurance was cancelled. The errors all originate from *********** staff (please retrieve all telephonic call records) and my account was never in arrears, on the contrary, I've been triple and double billed! I then requested Khumo to please reinstate my decoder insurance. She said that my SD PVR insurance request will be escalated. I have since received 3 cancellation notices via post (for my 3 decoders) but on your DSTV self-service, it shows 2 explora's are insured but still not my SD PVR... what is going on?!
