Cancelled DSTV, but debit order still goes off at bank

I have cancelled my DSTV subscibsion, and cancelled the debit order at the bank, and still DSTV have debited my bank account. How the hell can they still debit me for a service they are not rendering anymore????

I phoned them just to be told that they cannot cancel debit orders, I have to go to a walk in store to cancel the debit order. ***. When I first put a debit order on my DSTV, I did it over the phone, think you can still do that, but you CANNOT cancel a debit order over the phone.

I do not have time due to work obligations to go to where ever and cancel my debit order. I work way out of town, so that is not an option.

This is unacceptable and pathetic.
