Cancelled Debit order but still debiting my accoun
On the 26th of February i called the call centre to cancel my debit order. I spoke to Boipilo and Brigdet and they confirmed that my debit order has been cancelled and my account won't be debited on the 25th of March but it was.<br> <br> I called in today (25th of March) and i spoke to Thato who could not explain why this happened and i ask her to transfer me to her supervisor (Pamela Sebowa) who also could not assist me. I was only told that this will be escalated to the person i spoke to when i called the first time, now i have to wait for another 24 to 48 hours for feedback on what exactly happened.<br> <br> This is a very poor customer service from multichoice if the supervisor cannot even help. What's the use of escalating the call to the supervisor if she can't explain what happened or even transfer me to the correct department that can resolve this.<br> <br> Can this debit order be cancelled and can i be refunded please. <br>

We confirm that the debit order on your account has been removed as requested. Please be advised that should we refund the debit order amount that was collected your account your account will reflect a debit balance that is payable within 24 hours
Please advise if we should go ahead and action the refund, alternatively the amount collect can remain on your account and you only start manually as of 25 April 2015.
