Cancelled application but order despatched!

I sent an sms for the DPP department to call me for the explora package,<br> <br> I did the application and qualified for the offer, when my husband got home that night I told him about the package and he said he doesnt want it because we will be moving soon, so rather get it when we are at the new place.<br> <br> I immediately called the call centre back to cancel the order, 26/11/2015. The agent said that they will escalate the matter. <br> <br> NOTE: the adhoc payment didnt come off as yet. <br> <br> I then got a call from a guy , asking why i wanted to cancel, I told him the story. Then I got a call from another agent on Friday(27/11/15), asking if the adhoc payment has come off. I told her it hasn't as yet, and she said that she will call back on Monday to see if the funds have come off and then she will reverse the funds.<br> <br> Yesterday(30/11/15) I get an sms saying Congratulations on the order, then I get an sms ,my order has been dispatched.<br> <br> I then checked my bank account and see that the money came off on the 28/11/15.<br> <br> I have called the call centre but keep getting pushed from pillar to post!<br> <br> I would appreciate if this order can be CANCELLED as I requested initially!<br> <br> please transfer my money back to me!
