Cancelled 2016, had company call 2017 1 November claiming I owe

DStv reference number and query status ********** . I cancelled my DSTV due to bad service at the beginning of December 2016. Today being the 1 November 2017 a DSTV representative called from a company called vasmartt.co.za They claim I owe them R236.89 for month January and February. This does not compute in any shape of form and no one can explain the issue with billing. I refuse to pay this on principle as no one can explain the amount which seems off as I was a premium subscriber.
