Cancellation of dstv explora plus due do failed installation

Hello, two weeks ago i wrote a review about the cancellation of my dstv explora plus. The dstv came back to me and they said they will only cancel my contract once they trace where the dstv is and after returning it to their warehouse and they will refund me my money back since they were deducting my money without the installation. I am still waiting as they said they will come back to me. Please assist me
