Cancellation of DSTV

I Mr Pieter Jacobs phoned DSTV early June to cancel my DSTV. Consultant said I am paid up untill 14 June were after my service would be cancelled. Now 22 June I receive an account for the full subscription. Try to call but after an hour holding on I dropped the call.
