Cancellation not done since 25 April 2016

Hi,

I called to take out the explorer deal for R949 on 21 April, however I called on the 25th to cancel the deal as I was no longer interested. I spoke to Sydwell on the 25th and he said someone would call me back to confirm the cancellation which never happened. 28 April 2016 my account got debited for the adhoc fee although I did not hand any do***ents in.this was extremely upsetting as I was ***ured by Marvin on the 22nd that they won't debit my account without the fica docs. I called Saturday 30th again, and was told Sydwell did not log the correct transaction. The query was again escalated and Hlengiwe from cancellations called and advised that she has put the request in. She promised me a confirmation email which to this date I have not received a thing. Ref nr ***0- i12.

I called the call center again because I received a sms on 3 May stating that the decoder has been dispatched. I sent the decoder back and "On the dot" confirmed that. I called back numerously last week and was told that they will escalate to cancellations. Yesterday I received smses stating my smartcard has been activated and the device, now can someone please explain how can these things be activated if I don’t have the decoder?????Mpumelelo called me yesterday after I requested ***istance from the supervisor and she advised that because the deal was not cancelled that is why the activation occurred, she also advised that she needed to first obtain a receipt from the courier company before she can proceed. Please note that this device was sent back on 3 May 2016 and this should have been done already. She advised that she will have this sorted by today and feedback will be given by 12:00. I have not received any calls or feedback, I tried calling the cell number she provided but it goes to voicemail. Please can this deal be cancelled and confirmation be emailed to me today as I am purely frustrated of calling your call center and being told they will escalate as they are not able to transfer me to correct department to get this deal cancelled . Customer number: ***0.

Kind Regards

Hi. I was informed last month that this deal was cancelled by Mpumelelo, and I requested an email confirmation again but till this day nothing has been received. today to my surprise my account gets debited with R161 for God alone knows what. Why is it so hard to cancel a simple deal? Please can I have a manager call me to resolve this immediately. Call centre is just pathetic I'm sorry.
