Cancellation Mess & Refund problems!

<p>I really cannot understand how they can employ people who cannot do the job properly !!!!!! We phoned to cancel and they said everything was done correctly. With shock nothing where done to our account and the debit order still went off. We phoned again and the lady cancelled immediatly and said she will send it to the refund depatment (Her Name Refiloe). Funny enough I phoned again today and she did not send it to the refund department. ***? Hopefully Nelisiue did it correctly this time and that we will receive our money within 48 hours as promised. The should actually also refund me my airtime for phoning them to fix THEIR mess !!!!!!!!! Im furious !!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
