Cancellation fee unhappy

I am very disappointed in dstv I had my own dstv 9s decoder on dstv access on a 24 month subscription lock then your price lock Team offered me a datv explore 3B on dstv compact i was told my existing service and Decoder would be disconnected when the price lock gets activated well imagine my shock when I was bill a R180 for cancellation fee of my dstv access package on the 9s decoder this is unacceptable because I was not advised about this it's very unfair to charge me a cancellation fee when I was disconnecting for a new product with you guys it was basically an upgrade to an Explorer yet I was billed a cancellation fee on my 9s disconnection when no one advised me about this even when I took out the subscription lock on dstv access on my 9s decoder I was never advised that there was going to be a cancellation fee and also a cancellation fee shouldn't be charged if you are moving to a different decoder it's very unacceptable because I was never advised about this this is very disappointing with dstv
